TAS Consultants charge a flat rate of $800 for all projects under $3,000,000. This includes the Plan Review and Inspection. There is no additional charge for TRAVEL.

There is a State Filing Fee of $175 paid to TDLR at the time of registration. With the new TABS system, (www.tdlr.texas.gov/TABS), it is easier than ever to register a project. Just put in our RAS number 1546. TDLR will send us an instant notification when you register a project with this number.
