TAS Consultants provides straightforward, predictable pricing for accessibility services throughout Texas.
Flat Fee Accessibility Services
We offer a flat fee of $800 for projects under $3,000,000, which includes:
- ADA / TAS Plan Review
- Final Accessibility Inspection
- Coordination throughout the project
This flat rate applies regardless of project location within Texas.
There are no additional travel charges.
State Filing Fee (TDLR)
A $175 filing fee is required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation at the time of project registration.
Projects are registered through the Texas TABS system:
Texas Architectural Barriers System (TABS)
During registration, simply enter RAS #1546. Once submitted, we receive automatic notification of the project.
For clients who prefer a hands-off approach, TAS Consultants can complete the project registration on your behalf. This includes entering project information, coordinating required details, and ensuring proper setup in the system.
Optional Registration Service Fee: $250
Project Scope Above $3,000,000
For projects exceeding $3,000,000, pricing is based on scope and complexity. Please contact us for a proposal.
Factors may include:
- Project size and occupancy type
- Number of buildings or phases
- Complexity of site accessibility conditions
